At the hotel
We like to make all our guests feel welcome, no matter how young they are. That’s why we offer a range of complimentary treats, for children of all ages. On arrival, they are greeted with a gift, so that they feel as special as our adult guests. A complimentary DVD player is also provided in their room, complete with a range of fun DVD’s. Special requests for particular titles can be made in advance, or, if you let us know their age, we can supply a range of movies to suit.
Children’s’ beds are also provided for on request, while our restaurants offer a range of delicious and healthy menus to satisfy every taste.
Baby-sitting services
A babysitting service is available to guests and can be booked, with 24 hours notice, via our Concierge, who will be happy to help with any other requests you may have.

Train Tour - 5 Minute/0.81 Miles or 1.3 Km Catch the train from the Jardin Anglais and enjoy an entertaining tour of the city. Trains leave every 45 minutes and the guides speak multiple languages.
Mini-Train - 5 Minute/0.81 Miles or 1.3 Km Fun for all the family, with open coaches that are pulled from an old fashioned locomotive. Departs every hour from a pier near-by and rolls, without tracks, along the Northern Lake Promenade to the Botanical Gardens and back.
Rafting - 10 Minute/1.24 Miles or 2 Km With the River Rhône on the city’s doorstep, water ‘babies’ can choose from a wealth of activities. Rafting, canoeing or sailing are available for children of all ages and every level. Our concierge will be delighted to help you arrange an exhilarating day of watery fun.
Salève Cable Car Ride - Téléphérique - 15 Minutes/5.28 Miles or 8.5 Km An activity not to be missed, this cable car soars upwards to a height of 3,600 feet, with stunning alpine views as far as the eye can see. Once at the top, the mountain has plenty of well-marked walking routes.
Jet d’Eau - 5 Minute/0.81 Miles or 1.3 Km Situated near Promenade du Lac, Europe’s largest waterfall, shooting a jet of water 400 feet into the air, with speeds reaching over 200kms an hour! At night, the waterfall is lit up with dazzling white lights.
