Miami is known as the “Magic City” and a place where kids can go wild with their imaginations. From swimming with dolphins at the Miami Seaquarium, embarking on an international safari at Miami’s Metrozoo, to the wild expeditions that can be experienced at Jungle Island, children can learn and explore while having fun in the sun. And once they return to Mandarin Oriental, kids are treated as royalty and can join Mini MO Kid's Club.

Mini MO Kid's Club
Mandarin Oriental, Miami offers Mini MO, a creative kid’s program for children ages 5 – 12, where children can have a mini vacation all their own. This provides our younger guests the opportunity to make friends, have fun and take part in a variety of entertaining cultural and creative activities. Stemming from our Asian heritage, children will have the opportunity to create origami, learn to count in Mandarin Chinese, design their very own fan, create jewelry with beautiful Asian beads and many other activities.
This supervised program is available on a full day or half day basis from 9am to 3pm and is priced as follows:
USD 70 from 9am to 3pm including lunch and morning and afternoon snacks
USD 50 from 9am to noon including lunch and a morning snack
USD 40 from noon to 3pm including an afternoon snack

Our new Family Suites are the perfect addition providing comfort for small and large families.
Kid's Passport
From the moment they check in the fun begins. Our young guests will be provided with an Official Kid’s Passport to answer interesting and educational questions about the hotel. When they return it completed they can choose from a variety of gifts which the concierge will present to them together with a framed picture of themselves as a unique memento of their stay.

“Mini MO” Package
Additionally, we offer a year-round family package called “Mini MO,” which includes family accommodation, kids’ treats and bathroom amenities, entrance to Miami Children's Museum, daily breakfast and a family picnic on the beach.
Teenage Fans
At Mandarin Oriental, Miami we offer very special options for teenagers as well. For the more active teen, there is the opportunity to play tennis at the fabulous Brickell Tennis Club. Of course, teenagers want to be pampered too, which is why our award-winning Spa now offers distinctive manicures and pedicures for teenagers. Teenagers may enjoy these indulgent treatments with a twist, as special sparkle polishes and gemstone embellishments will be offered for their treatments. In addition, they may book a very fun and trendy belly dancing class at the Spa, either on their own, with a friend or with their parents. Before leaving, teenagers can find hip mementos at the Spa Boutique, including gemstone necklaces or wishlets, which are special bracelets with unique wish charms that contain that person’s wish. Miami Children’s Museum - 9 Minutes/4 Miles or 7 Km This state-of-the-art facility designed especially for kids includes 12 galleries, a parent/teacher resource center and a 200-seat auditorium. This unique museum has a Kid Smart educational gift shop offering learning materials related to arts, culture, community and communication.
Metrozoo - 30 Minutes/19 Miles or 31 Km Metrozoo houses more than 900 wild animals in a cageless setting that closely resembles the animals' natural habitats. Large, open-air exhibits allow visitors to enjoy beautiful and endangered wildlife at a safe yet remarkably close range.
Miami Seaquarium - 12 Minutes/5 Miles or 8 Km This fabulous aqua experience is a nature preserve, education centre and entertainment. Exhibits and shows run all day with some very fine creatures including a giant killer whale.
